Club demonstrations & event work

We can assist at club training events and attend all ranges of sporting events and venues in order to provide pre and post event massage therapy. We promote understanding of techniques and help explain injury prevention through therapy and self stretching techniques. Preparation for athletic events should incorporate preventative therapy as part of training schedule and will help achieve optimum performance. Therapy plans can be developed to suit your individual needs.
