Welcome to The Sports Therapy Room

We provide at our own clinic and at local venues a range of complementary therapies and classes

Carmel and Dave can now offer:

  • Sports and remedial massage - relief of pain and muscle imbalances using couch based massage techniques with rehabilitation exercises.

 

  • STOTT PILATES - individual instruction and small size classes available for all abilities.

 

  • Indian head massage - a traditional calming and relaxing tonic for head, neck and shoulders.

 

  • office based massage - to rejuvenate and restore your energy at the workplace.



We are now fully open for Pilates and treatments. Online appts still available on request.
